DIEUWKE RAATS FINE ART JEWELLERY
Dieuwke Raats has been an independent goldsmith since 2003. Before that, she attended the well-known Dutch school in Schoonhoven, worked for a goldsmith, and was a teacher in artistic education. Dieuwke designs and creates contemporary jewelry collections, custom jewelry for clients, and offers various courses. In 2024, Dieuwke has been selected by the Michelangelo Foundation to participate to the Homo Faber Guide.
Dieuwke says “My heart lies in the craft. In shaping and creating unique pieces of jewelry. My designs have been exhibited both in the Netherlands and abroad. A number of them have received nominations in competitions. Through the courses, I can share my love for the craft with others, and I find that absolutely fantastic to do.”
